The Cook County General Business License is a two-year license issued by the Cook County Department of Revenue to businesses in unincorporated Cook County, the parts of the county outside every city and village. This page is for owners with Canadian or Indian ties, and the rule stops at that boundary: a business in Aurora, Naperville or anywhere else in Kane, DuPage, Will or Kendall county is outside it. Start with the Kane, DuPage, Will or Kendall guide.
